Unfortunately I had a lot of trouble uploading this episode I eventually found I was very near to using up all my storage space with my web host. In order to get it to work I had to reduce the sound quality a bit, this isn't a permanent solution and its likely there will be a delay before the next podcast while I find a new place to host the podcast files.
